VSR: puts his hand on WYNIWYG, undisclosed sum

VSR announced today the acquisition of WYNIWYG, whose business is the design and implementation of information systems based on new technologies (consulting & expertise, business intelligence, application engineering and portal company).

 The transaction amount was not disclosed.

 We know however that this company of 200 people made a turnover of approximately EUR 17 million in 2010 and is located near Paris, Nantes and Rouen.

 The financing of the acquisition is achieved through the ISP, via CDC Entreprises has supported VSR Group in convertible bonds.

 "This acquisition complements the Group's offer VSR both geographically and in terms of client portfolio and range of services, " the statement said.

 Now the VSR group represents 800 employees and aims for 2011 sales of between 55 and 60 million euros.

Pernod Ricard: 68E overflows

Pernod Ricard has failed to push 65E (65.17 E at the lowest 24/02) but it rebounds and goes beyond the MM100 (67.5 E) and the 68E.

 A scenario of rebound "V" could allow as to go close the "gap" of 69.68 E of 16 February and then test the MM50 that gravitates towards 70E.
