Danone: CAAM below 5% of voting rights

CAAM Group, acting on behalf of funds under management, told the AMF that down, May 12, 2011, indirectly through corporate Amundi SA, Societe Generale SA and Management Etoile Gestion SA, the threshold 5% of voting rights and Danone hold indirectly, on behalf of such funds, 5.28% of the capital and 4.95% of voting rights of the food group.

This threshold crossing is due to a sale of Danone shares on the market.
