Vivendi announced it has signed with 17 banks, the introduction of its new line of credit totaling five billion euros.
The facility, announced on 18 April, will allow it to optimize the management of its bank debt at the time of the acquisition of 44% of SFR.
After this operation, payment of dividend and the acquisition of 44% of SFR, Vivendi will have at all times at least two billion euros in available lines.
The average duration of its economic funding will increase from 4 to 4.5 years.
